2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our garments. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. TASHOKA reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and availability. TASHOKA is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and customised products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, images, and code — is the exclusive property of TASHOKA and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TASHOKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
