1. Introduction & Company Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website tashoka.in (the "Site") and all purchases made through it. The brand TASHOKA is owned and operated under the parent lineage of Lucky Stores (Est. 1974), having its primary office and operations in New Delhi / Haryana, India.

By accessing the Site, browsing collections, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products, Sizing & Color Representation

We make every effort to display garment colors, textures, weaves, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, because display screens vary in color calibration, brightness, and contrast, the actual color of the delivered product may show slight natural variations from what appears on your screen.

All garments are crafted from premium yarns and high-density knitwear. Hand-finished details are intrinsic to luxury menswear and are hallmarks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship rather than defects.

3. Pricing, GST & Payment Terms

All prices on TASHOKA are listed in Indian National Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian statutory laws.

We accept payments via encrypted digital gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), and Net Banking. Payment is authorized in real-time at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, or coupon eligibility at any time without prior notice. In the rare event of an obvious technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a 100% full refund.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Logistics Partners

Orders are fulfilled in partnership with Shiprocket Express and premier logistics networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees). We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all domestic orders across India.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically inspected, packed, and handed over to couriers within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Estimated Transit: Metro cities generally receive delivery within 2 to 4 business days; other regional destinations within 4 to 6 business days.
• Tracking: A live tracking link and SMS/email notification will be generated as soon as your parcel is picked up by Shiprocket.

5. 7-Day Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or size exchange within 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery.

Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment center and passes quality inspection, approved refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 banking business days.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

All brand assets, registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, typography, product photographs, editorial visuals, and source code displayed on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of TASHOKA and Lucky Stores. Any reproduction, crawling, scraping, republication, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

7. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in automated scraping, unauthorized vulnerability testing, creating fraudulent accounts, abusing promotional coupons, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks. TASHOKA reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel suspicious orders, and report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TASHOKA shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order shall strictly not exceed the total transaction amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
