1. Introduction & Platform Nature

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tashoka.in (the "Site") and all purchases completed through it. TASHOKA is an online shopping platform and digital retail storefront owned and operated by Lucky Stores (Est. 1974), a registered commercial business entity operating under the laws of India.

Tashoka serves as an online destination to purchase authentic apparel, knitwear, and everyday essentials directly from our physical store's retail inventory. We retail products from established domestic and national brand manufacturers—including Rupa, Fabcot, and other reputable mills and brands—alongside our own curated shop collections.

By accessing the Site, browsing catalog products, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Multi-Brand Products, Authenticity & Sizing

All products available on TASHOKA are 100% authentic and genuine, sourced directly from authorized wholesale distributors, certified mills, and brand manufacturers (including Rupa, Fabcot, and other partner labels). We do not manufacture counterfeit or unauthorized replicas.

Product specifications, standard sizing (M, L, XL), fabric composition, and care instructions correspond to the respective brand or manufacturer guidelines. We make every reasonable effort to display garment colors, textures, and details accurately; however, slight natural shade variations may occur due to individual screen calibration and photography lighting.

All brand names, trademarks, product names, and registered logos (such as Rupa, Fabcot, etc.) belong strictly to their respective owners and corporate entities. They are referenced on the Site solely for accurate product identification and authorized retail distribution.

3. Pricing, Registered GSTIN & Razorpay Payment Terms

All prices on TASHOKA are listed in Indian National Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). TASHOKA is an officially registered GSTIN taxpayer entity under the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) and State/Integrated GST acts of the Government of India.

Every completed order is issued an authentic, tax-compliant GST invoice specifying our registered GSTIN, HSN codes for apparel, and itemized tax breakdowns (CGST/SGST for intra-state or IGST for inter-state supply).

We accept prepaid online payments securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking. Payment is authorized in real-time at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, or coupon eligibility at any time without prior notice. In the rare event of an obvious technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a 100% full refund via Razorpay.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Logistics Partners

Orders are fulfilled in partnership with Shiprocket Express and premier logistics networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees). We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on domestic orders above ₹2,000. A flat ₹150 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹2,000.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically inspected, packed, and handed over to couriers within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Estimated Transit: Metro cities generally receive delivery within 2 to 4 business days; other regional destinations within 4 to 7 business days.
• Tracking: A live tracking link and SMS/email notification will be generated as soon as your parcel is picked up by Shiprocket.

5. Cancellations, 3-Day Returns & Razorpay Refunds

Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your delivered purchase, you may initiate a return or size exchange within 3 days from the confirmed date of delivery. Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment center and passes quality inspection, approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay within 24–48 hours and credited back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

The name TASHOKA, website layout, graphic interface, editorial photography, and proprietary platform code are the intellectual property of Lucky Stores. Any reproduction, automated scraping, or unauthorized commercial copying of Site materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product logos, and manufacturer marks (including Rupa, Fabcot, and any other brand partners) displayed on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective companies and brand owners. Such trademarks are utilized strictly for legitimate retail identification and descriptive retail presentation pursuant to applicable Indian laws.

7. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in automated scraping, unauthorized vulnerability testing, creating fraudulent accounts, abusing promotional coupons, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks. TASHOKA reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel suspicious orders, and report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TASHOKA shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order shall strictly not exceed the total transaction amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
